Return and Refund Policy

Returns
You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and unused.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
In the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at gxkkb9848@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and any further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Timeframe: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to process once the return is approved.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at gxkkb9848@hotmail.com . The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at gxkkb9848@hotmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
